Mueller Streamline Copper Tubing Copper Refrigeration Service Coils are made to meet the chemical, mechanical, cleanness, and eddy current testing requirements of the applicable specification of ASTM B280, the refrigeration industry standard.

Mueller Streamline Copper Tubing cleaning, purging, and pressurizing process assure a high level of tube cleanliness conformance to ASTM B280. The tube is sealed with plugs that maintain the standard of cleanliness from the factory to the job site.

Copper tube pressurized with nitrogen provides maximum protection against the formation of harmful oxides typically formed during brazing operations. The reduction of these oxides significantly reduces system contamination. Plugs are reusable. When less than a 20’ length of the tube is required for an installation, the new length of the line may be re-plugged to prevent atmospheric contamination during storage.
