The AmRad Run Capacitor USA2236 45 + 5 uF MFD x 370 / 440 Volt is made in the USA and is UL810 approved. Created by American Radionics, these capacitors are individually boxed and dual-branded for both 370 and 440 VAC.
Compatible equipment brands include Amana, American Standard, Ameristar, Arcoaire, Bryant, Carrier, ComfortAire, ComfortMaker, Corsaire, Cumberland, Daikin, Day & Night, Ducane, GE, Goodman, HeatController, Heil, Janitrol, KeepRite, Kenmore, Lennox, Payne, Rheem, Ruud, Tempstar, Trane, Weatherking, York and others.
Now included is the Compressor Protector Terminal (CPT). CPT® acts as a kill switch between the hard-start and compressor in case of a failed run capacitor, preventing damage and possible compressor failure. Although AmRad capacitors have a meager failure rate, the CPT® has been introduced to ensure American consumers are always protected.
The AmRad Run Capacitor USA2236 comes packed with features. To begin with, it’s manufactured by American Radionics, the manufacturers of Turbo products. Also, all USA capacitors are 370/440 single and dual voltage. Furthermore, they are backed by a five-year warranty vs. the typical one-year warranty provided by other manufacturers. As well as, each capacitor is tested multiple times throughout the manufacturing process and Oil-filled with a patented non-PCB oil. It’s 10,000 AFC protected. UL810 approved, and OEM approved.

The USA2235 is not the same as USA2236.
40 uF -- > USA2235 40/5 == This means that this capacitor is 40 MF and NOT 45 MF as below
45 uF -- > USA2236 45/5 == This is 45 MF and NOT the 40 MF as shown above.
They are functionally the same, but should always be within 10% of what was specified by the manufacturer of the compressor.
