CPS BlackMax MBH4P5EZ 2-V Manifold and Gauge Set w/ 60″ Ball Valve Hoses from the Black & Chrome series comes with 60″ Ball Valve Hoses and is compatible with refrigerants: R134a, R22, R410a, R404. The CPS MBH4P5EZ BlackMax® Black & Chrome series two valve anodized aluminum block body comes with ¼” SAE 45° fittings, Triple Seal™ piston valves, easy-to-read three ⅛” (80mm) Class 1.0 accuracy gauges, protective gauge boots, extra access port in the center with Schrader® valve, premium 5ft Pro-Set® Black & Chrome hoses with 45° anti-blowback valves on end and hanging hook.
The CPS BlackMax MBH4P5EZ 2-V Manifold and Gauge Set w/ 60″ The HVAC technician designs ball Valve Hoses. The diaphragm valve is designed to last and uses a swivel switch seat to assure a perfect seal and prevent additional wear on the diaphragm. The large hand knobs cover the valve stem to keep dirt and debris away from the diaphragm and threads. Utilizing fingertip pressure, the hand knobs are designed to open and close with one complete turn. Superior for deep vacuum service. The gauges were designed with the user in mind. Flutter-free pointer provides steady and accurate pressure readings without using fluids that may eventually leak and shock-resistant suspended movement that seldom needs recalibration.
The Vortech Deep Vacuum Valve System is an advanced diaphragm valve system. It is certified to 15-micron vacuum rating using the precision-machined Teflon core, which provides a full unrestricted refrigerant flow that allows a light touch valve operation.
The proprietary Triple-Seal Valve System is engineered for superior performance using an innovative three Neoprene o-ring design.
