The CPS BTLH5E BlackMax Hydraulic Tube Expander Kit includes a premium hydraulic tool that uses the power of hydraulics (fluid compression) to quickly and easily expand the ends of soft copper and aluminum tube for use in HVAC/R systems. Swaged tube ends to eliminate the need for separate tube fittings.
The CPS BTLH5E BlackMax Hydraulic Tube Expander Kit comes packed with features. To begin with, it is a premium, compact, and cast aluminum hydraulic expander tool. Furthermore, it has five quick-change aluminum heads for swaging 3/8″, 1/2″, 5/8″, 3/4″, and 7/8″ O.D tubes. Moreover, the charges are identical and fully interchangeable with BlackMax BTLE9 and BTLE9M and the manually operated tube expander. Also, it has steel expander blades which are replaceable and similar to the knives used in BlackMax BTLE9 and BTLE9M. Lastly, it includes a tube deburr tool and a molded carrying case.
