The D1040W Diablo 10-1/4 in. x 40 Tooth General Purpose Beam Saw Blade has teeth made of Ti-Co high-density carbide with titanium and cobalt for a design that is durable and long-lasting. The blade’s ultra-thin kerf design is cut from Hardcore Steel with high precision lasers and provides fast, effortless cuts. Non-stick Perma-Shield coating protects the edge from heat and corrosion and reduces friction and pitch buildup. Laser-cut stabilizer vents absorb noise and reduce vibration for a cleaner and longer life. It’s designed on a worm drive saw (5/8″ diamond knockout).

The D1040W cuts 4x headers and fence posts, 2x sandwiched headers, exposed beams for decks and porches, and seven sheets of 1/2″ plywood with one pass.
