The Diablo D1006DH 10 in. x 6 Tooth Fiber Cement Blade is the only saw blade recommended by James Hardie. This newly enhanced James Hardie blade features laser-cut stabilizer vents for cleaner cuts. The Diablo D1006DH advanced stabilizer vents feature a permanent filler baked in from top to bottom to absorb noise and prevent sideways movement, allowing the blade to slice through the material cleanly, quickly, and accurately. The 6 Tooth Fiber Cement Blade is designed with a Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) tip; the blade is formulated to combat the abrasive properties of fiber cement for an exceptionally long cutting life, which makes it last up to 60x longer than regular carbide. The super-thin kerf laser-cut blade allows for fast, clean, super-thin cuts that reduce reparable dust generation by up to 50% for a cleaner, safer workplace. The Diablo 10 in. spark eroded Triple Chip Grind (TCG)-Tooth geometry is specially designed and created using spark erosion dramatically increases the blade’s cutting life in all fiber cement products. Finally, the laser-cut stabilizer vents absorb noise and reduce vibration for a cleaner cut and longer life.
