Description

Freud SD506 6″ Super Dado Sets cuts everything from veneered plywood and laminates to solid wood, chip, and splinter-free with a super-smooth, flat bottom. It has the flexibility of an adjustable dado to handle today’s undersized plywood. The new Square tooth design utilizes a shorter and thicker tooth that reduces the drag in the cut and reduces the material guiding effect. The Square Tooth design in the Freud 6 Dado Set increases the number of sharpening’s that you can obtain.

The Freud SD506 uses an extra thick and stiff outside plate, eliminating the hub. The gullet design provides maximum chip ejection, and both of these features can prevent chip buildup within the stack.
