Klein Tools offers two distinct warranties depending on product type. In this case, it would be:

Klein Tools, Inc. warrants that the products set forth below, which are manufactured and sold for commercial or industrial uses, are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the periods of time set forth below (unless otherwise noted on the product packaging). THERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS. At its option, Klein Tools will repair or replace, or refund the purchase price of, any product which fails to conform with this warranty under normal use and service. This warranty does not apply to damage from alterations, abuse, misuse, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear of the product. Proof of purchase from an Authorized Klein Tools Distributor is required for all warranty claims. In no event shall Klein be liable for incidental or consequential damage.

Specialty Hand Tools are warrantied for the normal life of the product. (including but not limited to insulated tools, steel and concrete construction tools, mining and heavy industry tools, two-handed bolt cutters and cable cutters, torque tools, snips, trimmers, shears, telecom tools, box wrenches, specialty wrenches, rebar hickeys, cable benders)

All warranty returns require proof of purchase from an Authorized Klein Tools Distributor and must include a Warranty Return Authorization (WRA) number.
