The STABILA Heavy Duty Magnetic Level Type 96M features rare-earth solid magnets to keep it attached to metal surfaces so you can work hands-free. This aluminum level is certified accurate up to 1/32″ over a distance of 72 inches. A specially designed housing lets you read the vial from multiple angles, which is helpful when working in tight spaces. The level end caps protect from falls or impacts. End caps are removable to get more accurate flush readings from a wall.

The 24″ Type 96M Magnetic Level from Stabila comprises an extra-rigid rectangular aluminum profile with reinforcing ribs. The level has two milled measuring surfaces and is suitable for overhead (vial down) measurement. The shock-absorbing end caps have anti-slip wall grips and are removable for flush measuring in corners. This magnetic level has rare earth magnets, allowing for hands-free work.

"STABILA spirit levels will maintain their stated accuracy for life. The fixed vials on all STABILA levels will not fog, leak, or become inaccurate. If they do, you will be given a new level." -STABILA Warranty Statement Certain exceptions include "vials that are melted due to excessive heat (example: welding)" and "bent or damaged frames". "Please return your level(s) to STABILA for evaluation. STABILA will inspect and return or replace your level(s) within 48 hours of receiving them at our facilities.
