Testo offers a Limited Product Warranty on everything they make. It reads as follows,
"This warranty is applicable to Testo products purchased directly from Testo, Inc. or an authorized distributor of Testo, Inc. [like HVAC and Tools Direct]. This warranty does not apply to Testo products purchased from any other source. In addition, this warranty applies only to purchases made by Testo distributors/resellers and to retail purchasers from these distributors/resellers.
Some Testo products carry a specific warranty as outlined in the paperwork delivered with the products.
Testo warrants to its distributors/resellers and to direct purchasers from its distributors/resellers and from Testo that:
(a) for two years from the date of Buyer's purchase of a Testo product (or a shorter period than two years if a shorter time limit specified for the product on the Testo website),
(b) to the extent of the purchase price of the goods purchased hereunder,
(c) Testo will at its option repair or replace FOB Testo’s Sparta, NJ location or Ontario, Canada location (for sales in Canada) equipment or parts which fail in normal use because of defects in workmanship or materials.
Testo does not warrant that the operation of any product will be uninterrupted or error free.
This warranty does not apply to:
the use or ownership of Testo products by anyone who is not a distributor of Testo, Inc. and who was not a direct purchaser from a distributor/reseller of Testo or from Testo;
Testo products that have been modified, used for purposes for which they are not intended, mishandled, or subjected to abnormal wear and tear.
EXCEPT AS SET FORTH HEREIN, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES ON THIS PRODUCT EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND TESTO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, INFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE."

Fortunately, RGAs or RMAs (Returned Goods Authorizations / Returned Material Authorizations) are NOT required. Instead, Testo instructs customers requesting servicing to complete their Instrument Repair and Calibration form entirely, while including proof of purchase for warranty claims.
Customers submitting instrument(s) for calibration or service [not warranty] will receive a quote after receipt of instrument and processing of associated service/calibration repair form. Work will be completed after customer approval and returned promptly.
Please note: Instruments left at Testo for more than 30 days without a quote approval or without proper paperwork will be returned in their original condition to the owner/distributor and incur the minimum labor charge and/or reexamination fee and all subsequent shipping charges. In the event the equipment is left at Testo for over 90 days, Testo reserves the right to dispose of the equipment. Testo is not responsible for typos or misinformation. Testo states it is not responsible for personal items sent with the unit (hoses, tools, etc.).
