The state-of-the-art Titan N-160 SCR3 Digital Tankless Water Heater displays real time usage, temperature settings, & efficiency information (Volts, Amps & KW in use) to the user.
The SCR-3 incorporates new QUAD-4 technology featuring an improved electronic proportional control system with dual stages of control in response to broad variations in the amount of water flow.
The Titan SCR-3 has been specifically designed for apartment complexes receiving lower line voltage of 208 VAC. It was also designed & tested for optimal operational performance with modern bathroom fixtures that feature such characteristics as Press Balancing Mixing Valves, & Flow Restricted Single Handle Valves.
The SCR-3 is more efficient & accurate in the setting & stability of outlet water temperature under lower main voltage conditions (208 VAC), & in modern flow restriction bathroom fixtures. It provides the same high efficiency & accuracy under normal line voltages (220 VAC) as well.

You save 60% on your electrical bill compared to conventional water heaters (Heating water accounts for 25% of the average household's energy bill), you save on space, it’s easy to install, no vent required, no points or moving parts, all copper and brass inside, no tank means no rupture and flooding, heats water only when needed, it will not engage due to leaking faucets, unlimited supply of hot water, and it has shielded heating elements for reliability and long life.
“Our units are the original tankless water heaters. We have been building tankless water heaters here in the United States for a quarter century. We design, develop and test all our own units and are constantly looking for better ways to improve. One major improvement has been the P.I.D controller, this design makes older on/off technology obsolete.” - Niagara Industries
The water passing through the heater gets hot instantly. The time will be determined by the distance the water must travel. (Ex. If the unit is 20 feet from the point of use, the water in the pipe between the unit and the point of use must be removed first so it would get there approx. 20 seconds after the water is turned on, but after that you will enjoy endless hot water, even if Mom starts the washing machine, Dad decides to soak in the tub, and Sis needs to wash her hair.)
This unit is easier and less cumbersome to install than a conventional water heater, requiring one line in from the main and one line out to the house (same as a conventional water heater). Any licensed plumber can perform the installation. A licensed electrician is needed if there is no existing 220 volt outlet. Make sure to get all necessary permits and that everything is up to code.
