The manual hydraulic mechanism expands tubing, replacing the need for additional couplings. Because only one side needs to be brazed, the possibility of leaks is reduced.

Hydraulic Expander Steps: Simply deburr the tube, (aneal if necessary) screw on the appropriate expander head, insert into the tube, set the tool to ON, pump the handles until the tube is fully expanded to selected head setting, set tool to OFF to loosen the tubing and it’s ready for brazing!
