Features

Type 96M rare earth magnetic levels - for hands free operation and are guaranteed to be accurate for life.
STABILA levels are engineered and manufactured in Germany.
The magnets are flush mounted in the measuring surface.
They are installed in such a way that the magnetic assembly fills the frame of the level reinforcing it.
The vials read the same in all positions and deliver a certified level accuracy .029 degrees - 1/32in over 72 inches - 0.5mm per meter.
The unique Vial design is bright, easy to read.
STABILA vials will not leak, break or fog.
Dual material hand grips in certain lengths for comfort and grip.
Shock-absorbing endcaps: prevent slipping on walls and are removable to carry lines tight into corners.

How does the warranty process work?

"STABILA spirit levels will maintain their stated accuracy for life. The fixed vials on all STABILA levels will not fog, leak, or become inaccurate. If they do, you will be given a new level." -STABILA Warranty Statement Certain exceptions include "vials that are melted due to excessive heat (example: welding)" and "bent or damaged frames". "Please return your level(s) to STABILA for evaluation. STABILA will inspect and return or replace your level(s) within 48 hours of receiving them at our facilities. Please include the following information with your level:

You may also fill out and print the shipping label and return form available here. Please include a return form for each level that you are returning." Please also be aware that the "customer covers freight costs for items shipped to STABILA Warranty Centers and will pay return shipping costs for all non-warranty repairs and/or non-repairable laser and levels."
